The Leadership Cape Coral Programs ran under the
direction of the Chamber of Commerce of Cape Coral are a
culmination of forums, seminars, and class room training for the
current and future leaders of our community. With each program,
there is a dynamic twist of knowledge for everyone!
Jr. Leadership Cape Coral
Junior Leadership is a proactive program for High School
students who are looking for Leadership skills before they leave
their high school years behind and enter into a new working
environment.
Brought to you by the Leadership Cape Coral Alumni Committee,
this program is 6 weeks full of forums, education and much more.
The students have the ability to learn about our local community
far beyond their current knowledge. Junior Leadership will begin
at the beginning of each year and runs 1 time a year.

Leadership Cape Coral
Leadership Cape Coral is a proactive 13 week series of forums,
seminars, and field trips that have been custom designed to
explore the many challenges and opportunities facing the
community leaders of tomorrow.
Under the direction of the Chamber of Commerce of Cape Coral,
Leadership Cape Coral has been formed to develop year after year
a pool of leaders that share a common knowledge and vision for
the city into the 21st century.
This intensive hands-on program begins with a kick-off retreat
lasting all day and evening in August
and runs each Thursday, completing with a Graduation gala
in November. The program is held at various locations throughout
the city and county.

Advanced Leadership Cape Coral
The Chamber of Commerce of Cape Coral realizes that as our
community grows with sophistication, so does our need to develop
stronger leadership skills. Therefore, the chamber has partnered
with a national organization to meet the leadership needs of our
business community.
With the program, we offer a 7-module custom designed program
beginning in January and running each week through March. Each
module is approximately 4 hours long with lunch provided. The
classroom style program cover topics including; Organization
Excellence, Coaching & Mentoring, Balance & Communication,
Leadership Assessments, Atmosphere & Positive Thinking,
Reinvention, and Assessment & Close
Requirements for the Advanced Leadership Cape Coral program is
that you must be a graduate of a community Leadership program.

Alumni
The Leadership Alumni group helps keep in touch all Leadership
Cape Coral graduates. The Alumni have four events a year while
they raise money for needy organizations, scholarships for local
students, educational programs and much more.
